Melvin and mini Melvin hanging out with the Wacky Wheel in D.C. One wet parade on the way! Some people will do anything to stay dry! Wacky Wheeler at the Washington D.C. National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade 2006 and 2007! Pat Sayjack and the Wacky Wheeler in the same parade! Pat was the parade Marshall and he was very impressed by our Wacky Wheeler. "That is the second best wheel I've ever seen!" Pat exclaimed as the Melvin Wheeled by. The Wacky Wheeler wants to challenge Pat and his wheel of fortune to see who really has "the Best Wheel."
