The scarecrow stilt walkers love Harvest Festivals because they get to visit with their scarecrow family. This year the stilt walking scarecrows visited Harvest Fest at the West Allis Wisconsin State Fair grounds as well as the Scarecrow Fest in St. Charles Illinois. |
