Stiltwalkers add a bit o' charm to the Chicago area St. Patrick's Day Parades
The Jolly giants are particularly thrilled by St. Patrick's Day not only because of their real or perceived heritage, but because it is the season kick-off event.
Two weekends, three parades; St. Charles, Illinois, downtown Chicago with Geo Bush at the helm, and the South side Chicago parade where all 300,000 parade goers are jolly as can be!
